Main Ingredients
- 1 pound breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
- 6 eggs beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 6 slices bread cubed
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard.
In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer the bread cubes, cooked sausage, and shredded cheese.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layers in the baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden and the casserole is set.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
