- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 cup Corn fresh or frozen
- 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
- ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 Lime juiced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the black beans, corn, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
Add the lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
