Ingredients 

For Pancakes

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter

For Cinnamon Swirl

  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

For Cream Cheese Glaze

  • 2 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon milk

Instructions 

  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. For the cinnamon swirl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  5. Pour pancake batter onto a hot griddle, then swirl in the cinnamon mixture.
  6. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. For the glaze, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
  8. Drizzle glaze over pancakes before serving.
