Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup Croutons
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice fresh
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 fillets Anchovy fillets chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Wash and chop the romaine lettuce.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, croutons, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. In a small bowl, mix Caesar dressing, lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped anchovy fillets.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately.
