  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber sliced
  • 0.5 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
