Ingredients

  • 2 cups Coconut Milk full-fat
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut toasted

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  3. In the last few minutes of churning, add the toasted shredded coconut.
  4. Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
