Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Carrots peeled and sliced
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
1. Peel and slice the carrots.
2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
3. Add the carrots to the saucepan and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add honey, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to coat the carrots.
5. Cook for another 5 minutes until the carrots are tender and glazed.
6. Serve warm.
