  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Cotija cheese crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the corn kernels in the microwave for 3-4 minutes until hot.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the hot corn, mayonnaise, crumbled Cotija cheese, chili powder, and lime juice.
