Ingredients

  • 4 slices Rye Bread
  • 200 g Corned Beef thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Butter softened
  • 2 tablespoon Mustard

Instructions 

  1. 1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  2. 2. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Layer corned beef and Swiss cheese on the bread in the skillet.
  4. 4. Spread mustard on the remaining slices of bread and place them on top, buttered side up.
  5. 5. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve hot.
