Pancake Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup flour
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon butter for cooking
In a mixing bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, flour, salt, and milk until smooth.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a bit of butter.
Pour batter onto the skillet to form pancakes. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
