Ingredients 

Crab Cake Ingredients

  • 1 lb Crab meat lump or backfin
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 large Egg beaten
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Butter for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, beaten egg, and chopped parsley. Mix gently to combine.
  2. Form the mixture into 8 patties.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the crab cakes for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
