Main Ingredients
- 1 lb crab meat
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ¼ cup chopped celery
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped fresh dill or parsley
In a large bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, and red onion.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
If using, add chopped dill or parsley and mix again.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
