Cranberry Chicken Salad Recipe

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 0.5 cup dried cranberries
- 0.25 cup chopped celery
- 0.25 cup chopped red onion
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cranberries, celery, and red onion.
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss to coat.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
