- 4 cups corn kernels fresh or frozen
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the corn kernels and cook for 5 minutes.
Stir in the heavy cream, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.
