  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 1 box cornbread mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine whole kernel corn, creamed corn, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix well.
  3. Add cornbread mix to the bowl and stir until just combined.
  4. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
