- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 box cornbread mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine whole kernel corn, creamed corn, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix well.
Add cornbread mix to the bowl and stir until just combined.
Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool slightly before serving.
