- 2 cucumbers sliced thin
- 1 onion sliced thin
- ¼ cup vinegar
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
1. In a large bowl, combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
2. Add sliced cucumbers and onions to the bowl. Toss to coat.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
