- 2 cups Cucumbers, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped
- ¼ cup Sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine cucumbers, red onion, and fresh dill.
In a small bowl, whisk together sour cream, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss to coat evenly.
