  • 4 Eggs
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, heat the milk until it is just about to boil.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined.
  4. Slowly add the hot milk to the egg mixture, whisking constantly.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and place it in a larger pan filled with hot water.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until the custard is set.
  8. Let it cool before serving.
