Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Rub the turkey breast with olive oil.
Mix all the spices together and rub them all over the turkey breast.
Place the turkey breast on a roasting pan.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
