Ingredients

  • 1 whole turkey breast about 4-5 pounds
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rub the turkey breast with olive oil.
  3. Mix all the spices together and rub them all over the turkey breast.
  4. Place the turkey breast on a roasting pan.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
