A classic Denver omelet with ham, bell peppers, and onions.

- 4 eggs
- ¼ cup diced ham
- ¼ cup diced green bell pepper
- ¼ cup diced onion
- ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- to taste salt and pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
2. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the diced ham, bell pepper, and onion to the skillet. Cook until softened.
4. Pour the beaten eggs into the skillet. Cook until the eggs start to set.
5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over one half of the omelet. Fold the other half over the cheese.
6. Cook for another minute until the cheese melts. Serve hot.
