Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 cups Cucumbers small, whole
  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 cups White vinegar
  • ½ cup Pickling salt
  • 4 cloves Garlic peeled
  • 8 sprigs Fresh dill

Instructions 

  1. 1. Sterilize the canning jars and lids in boiling water for at least 5 minutes.
  2. 2. In a large pot, combine water, vinegar, and pickling salt. Bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Pack cucumbers into hot, sterilized jars. Add a clove of garlic and a sprig of dill to each jar.
  4. 4. Pour the hot vinegar mixture over the cucumbers, leaving about ½ inch of headspace. Seal jars with lids.
  5. 5. Process the jars in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes. Remove and let cool.
