Ingredients 

Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup water warm

Filling

  • 1 cup ground pork
  • 0.5 cup cabbage finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger grated
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and warm water to form a dough. Knead until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. In another bowl, mix ground pork, cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and salt to make the filling.
  3. 3. Roll out the dough and cut into small circles. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle and fold to seal the edges.
  4. 4. Steam the dumplings for about 15 minutes or until fully cooked.
