Main Ingredients
- 6 Eggs
- ¼ cup Milk
- ½ cup Cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup Bell Pepper, diced
- ¼ cup Spinach, chopped
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the cheese, bell pepper, spinach, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture evenly into a greased muffin tin.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the egg bites are set and lightly golden.
Let cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
