Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Frozen peas and carrots thawed
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add beaten eggs and scramble until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same wok, add the remaining oil. Add garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add the cooked rice, peas, and carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Return the scrambled eggs to the wok. Add soy sauce and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
