Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add the ground pork. Cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and ginger. Cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Stir in the shredded cabbage and carrots. Cook until they start to soften.
  4. 4. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well.
  5. 5. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
