- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- ½ cup bean sprouts
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 12 pieces egg roll wrappers
- 1 cup vegetable oil, for frying
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, ground pork, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic.
2. Place about 2 tablespoons of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly. Seal the top corner with a bit of water.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
5. Fry the egg rolls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
