Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Dried elderberries
 - 3 cups Water
 - 1 cup Honey
 - 1 piece Cinnamon stick
 - 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger (grated)
 - 1 teaspoon Cloves
 
 
Combine elderberries, water, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Strain the mixture into a jar, discarding the solids.
Add honey and stir well.
Store in the refrigerator and use as needed.
