English Sausage Rolls Recipe
Classic English sausage rolls, perfect for a snack or party.

Main Ingredients
- 1 sheet Puff pastry
- 500 g Sausage meat
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
Mix sausage meat with salt and pepper.
Place sausage meat in a line down the center of the pastry.
Brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg.
Fold the pastry over the sausage meat and seal the edges.
Cut the roll into smaller pieces and place on a baking tray.
Brush the tops with more beaten egg.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
