Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Fideo Pasta
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add fideo pasta and cook until golden brown, stirring frequently.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to low and simmer until pasta is tender and liquid is absorbed, about 10 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
