Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb roast beef thinly sliced
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 slices provolone cheese

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Bring to a simmer.
  3. Add the sliced roast beef to the broth mixture and let it heat through for about 5 minutes.
  4. Slice the hoagie rolls and butter the insides. Place a slice of provolone cheese on each roll.
  5. Using tongs, place the heated roast beef onto the rolls. Close the sandwiches and wrap them in aluminum foil.
  6. Place the wrapped sandwiches in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  7. Serve the sandwiches with a small bowl of the broth mixture for dipping.
