- 4 large Russet Potatoes peeled and cut into strips
- 1 quart Vegetable Oil for frying
- to taste Salt
1. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
2. Fry potatoes in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
3. Remove and drain on paper towels. Season with salt.
