  • 4 large Russet Potatoes peeled and cut into fries
  • 1 quart Vegetable Oil for frying
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Peel and cut potatoes into fries.
  2. 2. Heat oil in deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  3. 3. Fry potatoes in batches until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
  4. 4. Remove fries and drain on paper towels. Season with salt.
