  • 1 loaf French bread cut into cubes
  • 8 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • ½ cup Heavy cream
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish and place the cubed French bread in it.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly over the bread cubes, making sure all pieces are soaked.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
