- 1 kg Chicken pieces cut into pieces
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 liter Vegetable oil for frying
1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
2. Mix flour, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
3. Dredge chicken pieces in the flour mixture.
4. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
5. Fry chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 10-15 minutes.
6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
