  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 pieces Burger buns
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
  • 4 leaves Lettuce
  • 4 slices Tomato

Instructions
