- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 units eggs beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup vegetable oil for frying
1. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and pepper.
3. Dip chicken tenders in flour mixture, then in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Fry chicken tenders in hot oil until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
