Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Rice preferably day-old
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables carrots, peas, corn
  • 2 tablespoon Oil vegetable or canola
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 pcs Eggs beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 2 pcs Green Onions chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  2. Add mixed vegetables and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Push the vegetables to the side and pour the beaten eggs into the wok. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked.
  4. Add the cooked rice to the wok and mix everything together.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring to evenly coat the rice.
  6. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, then add chopped green onions. Serve hot.
