Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • ½ cup cocoa
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Combine sugar, cocoa, and milk in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes without stirring.
  4. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
  5. Beat until thick and pour into a buttered dish.
  6. Let cool and cut into squares.
