Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen hash browns thawed
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz can
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup onion finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Topping
- 2 cups cornflakes crushed
- ½ cup butter melted
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine thawed hash browns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Spread the mixture evenly into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a separate bowl, mix crushed cornflakes with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly over the potato mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
