Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Garlic Scapes chopped
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Pine Nuts toasted
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1. Add garlic scapes, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, lemon juice, and salt to a food processor. 
- 2. Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped. 
- 3. With the processor running, slowly pour in the olive oil until the pesto is smooth. 
- 4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
