- 1 cup Garlic Scapes chopped
- ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Pine Nuts toasted
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- ½ teaspoon Salt
1. Add garlic scapes, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, lemon juice, and salt to a food processor.
2. Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped.
3. With the processor running, slowly pour in the olive oil until the pesto is smooth.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
