  • 1 cup Garlic Scapes chopped
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • ¼ cup Pine Nuts toasted
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Add garlic scapes, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, lemon juice, and salt to a food processor.
  2. 2. Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped.
  3. 3. With the processor running, slowly pour in the olive oil until the pesto is smooth.
