- 4 cups Peaches peeled and sliced
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Whole Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
In a blender, puree the peaches until smooth.
In a mixing bowl, combine the peach puree, sugar, heavy cream, milk, vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 3 hours before serving.
