Main Ingredients
- 1 kg Goat meat, cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Beef broth
- 1 can Tomatoes, diced
- 2 carrots Carrots, sliced
- 2 potatoes Potatoes, cubed
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the goat meat and brown on all sides.
3. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
4. Pour in the beef broth and diced tomatoes.
5. Add the carrots, potatoes, thyme, and paprika.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours, or until the meat is tender.
