Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano dried
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 lemon Lemon juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour any remaining marinade over them.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
