Green Chili Stew Recipe
A hearty and flavorful stew with pork and green chilies.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb pork shoulder, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 lb green chilies, roasted and chopped
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add pork and cook until browned.
Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Pour in chicken broth, add green chilies, potatoes, and cumin.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 45 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
