Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork shoulder, cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 lb green chilies, roasted and chopped
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add pork and cook until browned.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. Pour in chicken broth, add green chilies, potatoes, and cumin.
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 45 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
