  • 2 slices Bread
  • 2 slices Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Butter softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  2. 2. Place one slice, buttered side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
  3. 3. Add cheese slices on top of the bread in the skillet.
  4. 4. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
  5. 5. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook until the other side is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
