Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Octopus
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the octopus and cook for 40 minutes until tender.
2. Remove the octopus from the water and let it cool slightly. Cut into manageable pieces.
3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
4. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Brush the mixture over the octopus pieces.
5. Grill the octopus for about 3-4 minutes on each side until charred and crispy.
6. Serve immediately with additional lemon wedges if desired.
