- 4 slices Bread whole grain or your choice
- 4 slices Turkey deli
- 2 slices Cheese cheddar or your choice
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
1. Preheat your grill pan over medium heat.
2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
3. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on the grill pan.
4. Layer turkey and cheese on the bread in the pan.
5. Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
6. Grill until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
7. Remove from the pan, slice in half, and serve hot.
