Main Ingredients
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional)
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, minced garlic, and chili oil (if using).
Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
