  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 1 large cabbage shredded
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 4 tablespoon butter

  • to taste black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet. Cook until the cabbage is tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
