  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 4 cups Diced Potatoes
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 4 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion to the pot and cook until translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the diced potatoes and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the milk and butter, stirring until the butter is melted and the soup is heated through.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
